About Jamillah

A voice for growth.

Jamillah Nicole is a publisher, writer, and independent film actress who is passionate about helping women embrace strength, confidence, and wellness at every stage of life. She has dedicated her career to storytelling that inspires, empowers, and uplifts.

Her own journey with body image and health inspired her book, Strong, Slim, and Confident: A Practical Guide for Women Over 40 to Lose Fat, Protect Muscle, and Stay Motivated. After struggling with weight gain as a form of protection during a vulnerable season of life, Jamillah discovered that true transformation comes not from restrictive dieting but from sustainable habits rooted in nourishment, movement, and self-worth.

When she’s not writing or publishing, Jamillah can be found exploring other creative projects. Jamillah enjoys cooking, canning, practicing yoga, traveling, or curling up with a great thriller or romance novel. She believes it’s never too late to feel strong, healthy, and confident—and her mission is to help women step fully into that truth.
